Ambassadorial Scholar Francisco Reinoso from Argentina speaks to the FCRC

Francisco is a Rotarian and an officer in the Argentine Air Force who helped with relief work in Haiti.

 

Francisco's scholarship has taken him to Western University where he is working on an MSc in Environmental Sustainibility.
